Going to New York today! Hopefully my last trip with S.I. Highlights: see preceding sentence, sushi-dinner-phone-date-with-Rob, gel pillow, possibility of exercise tonight. Lowlights: all other waking hours and meals spent with S.I and whatever psychotic episodes he decides to exhibit. Don't let the imbalance of commas between the highlights and lowlights fool you into thinking this is a fun trip. In fact, to even out the list, the Lowlights should read as such: all, other, waking, hours, and, meals, spent, with, S.I, and, whatever, psychotic, episodes, he, decides, to, exhibit. That's better!

Do tell your audience what happened on this trip! The wait has been most excruciating! Do not leave us hanging, dangling, as it were, by the threads of your unfinished travelling tales!
Why, thank you, audience! The trip was fine. No explosions of psycho nature. Although the sushi dinner date nor the gel pillow happened. But that's alright. It was a nice trip overall--still had a (slightly more ghettified) dinner date, had some time off in the afternoon, got to work out, and had some girl chat/wedding planning time with Sylvia.
Sweet relief! The story is complete. I'll bet the dinner you had was very enjoyable, and your date exceptionally charming. Was it so?
